Me Time!

“Me time” doesn’t have to be a whole day at the spa. In fact, just few minutes squeezed into the middle of the day works if that’s all you have.
You can (and should!) find a little time every day to relax and recharge, so whether it’s 20 minutes or a couple of hours, we’ve got a list of fun and fast ideas to help you make the most of the time you have all to yourself.


  1. Mani/Pedi’s
  2. Take yourself to a movie
  3. Go wander around a book store
  4. Go shopping
  5. Check out a museum or exhibit
  6. Go to a concert if you really love the band
  7. Go see a speaker or author
  8. Walk around an outdoor area
  9. Go for a long walk/run on a trail
  10. Try a new workout class
  11. Work on a DIY project
  12. Have a spa day
  13. Take yourself out to lunch
  14. Have a glass of your favourite drink and a bubble bath
  15. Binge watch your favorite show
  16. Clean out your closet and find buried treasure
  17. Get your makeup done
  18. Get a blow-out
  19. Watch a documentary
  20. Volunteer
  21. Go for a hike
  22. Do some outdoor yoga
  23. Go for a swim
  24. People watch
  25. Buy yourself some flowers

Me time is important and I hope you take some time each week or each day to have a little me time for yourself. It doesn't matter what type of me time you choose to do, the one and important thing is me time is for you to take a break and do something that makes you happy and recharge!

For me, my kind if me time is sit down and browse inspiration on my phone so i can manage my time better after that. Me time is important to me as i am always in someone's presence. Me time also helps me think and do work better after!
